Recipes
We'll put up new recipes from time to time from different members of the congregation. This one is submitted by Annis Harrison.
Meatballs
-3 pounds of ground chuck
-1 can evaporated milk
-2 tsp. chili power
-2 tsp. salt
-2 eggs
-1 cup union (chopped)
-2 cups quick oats
-1/2 tsp. pepper
-1/2 tsp. garlic powder

-Sauce-
​
-4 cups catsup
-1 cup onion (chopped)
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-2 cups brown sugar
-4 Tbs. liquid hickory smoke bbq sauce
​
Mix all together and roll out into walnut sized meatballs. Place in a 9x13 dish, one layer deep. Cover
with sauce and aluminum foil. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.
